I am still “under the weather” with a massive supply of antibiotics, blood tests and more x-rays tomorrow but I feel I am getting onto the road to better health.

All the problems on top of moving house within 6 days and having had to have the week off work this is not the best of situations.

But I am at this stage and that is party due to yourselves, thank you so very much.

As for blogging, it is hoped this will be back on course shortly too.

Just in case you are wondering this is NOT relating to my Candidate Application so don’t get too excited on that front; still waiting on that one but so are another 700 or so applicants.

Let’s get one thing straight this morning, the reason Parlez~me~’n~Tory has not blogged for quite a few days is quite simply The Ashes, the most important sporting moment in an Englishman’s heart.

Staying put!

During the past 24 days of cricket this summer it has been one hell of a rollercoaster as it usually is but this year was special and therefore the boys needed my full support; it worked out well and I feel justified for giving it my all.

Now we can move onto preparing for the return of the Government from the beach and begin to call to question some of the unpalatable decisions made by #GoBro and his henchmen (that includes Hattie Harman).

But, and it is a biggy, let’s make this absolutely clear if I hear one word out of Gordon Brown’s mouth about how he wishes The Ashes team well or how it his investment in frontline sport that made it happen I will personally grab him by the googly’s and play with his Balls all day long!

#GoBro, it’s not about you, it’s about the real cricket fans who did not want to see that urn leave this country, as for you they would happily pay for your air fare!

Simply I am putting this post here to let you know that due to getting totally drenched yesterday in Bristol all day I have been a little under the weather today and shall be back on track from tomorrow, so rest well, wake refreshed and come back when I’m ready.
